Personal development

Working with personal development is an ongoing process. To stimulate professional and personal growth Coloplast offers a range of training and development opportunities. Once a year all employees identify short- and long-term development needs together with their manager. They agree on high impact activities that support business requirements and the professional development of the employee.

What we offer

In Coloplast, we believe that people learn and develop through professional challenges and responsibilities, feedback and personal reflection. We know you develop both in your daily work and through off-the-job activities. Our development programmes are organized locally or globally to support development and role transitions, e.g. when the employee:

  • is new to the organisation (on boarding programmes)
  • takes on a leadership role (leadership and project leadership programmes at various levels)
