Discontinuation of Small Gifts and Social Tokens in Response to the Kuala Lumpur Principles
In accordance with the Kuala Lumpur Principles established through APEC and the Medical Device Industry Promotion Code of the Japan Federation of Medical Devices Associations (JFMDA), Coloplast K.K. will discontinue the provision of small gifts and cultural or social tokens to healthcare professionals.The KL Principles seek to enhance transparency and trust in relationships between medical device companies and healthcare professionals and patients by limiting small gifts and cultural or social tokens. Coloplast K.K. supports this purpose and will implement this policy in line with applicable rules in Japan.

- Small gifts and novelties, including promotional stationery and calendars bearing a company or product name
- Cultural or social tokens, including seasonal gifts, souvenirs, congratulatory gifts, condolence money, and funeral flowers
Functional items genuinely required for meetings, seminars, information provision, or holding and carrying materials, such as writing tools and material bags, may be provided as necessary in accordance with company standards.。
