クアラルンプール原則への対応に伴う少額景品等の提供終了について
コロプラスト株式会社は、アジア太平洋経済協力会議(APEC)が定める「クアラルンプール原則(KL原則)」ならびに一般社団法人日本医療機器産業連合会(医機連)の「医療機器業プロモーションコード」の趣旨に基づき、医療関係者の皆さまへの少額景品および文化的(社会的)儀礼の提供を終了いたします。
KL原則は、医療機器企業と医療関係者・患者との関係における透明性と信頼の向上を目的として、少額景品や文化的(社会的)儀礼・贈答物の提供を控えることを求めています。当社はこの趣旨に賛同し、国内のルール整備に沿って本方針を実施します。
【提供終了の対象(医療関係者向け)】
- 少額景品(ノベルティ等):会社名・製品名の入った文具、カレンダー等の宣伝用物品など
- 文化的(社会的)儀礼:中元・歳暮、手土産、祝儀、弔事の香典・供花など
なお、会議、セミナー、情報提供、資料の保管・運搬等において実際に必要となる筆記用具、資料袋その他の機能性物品については、当社基準に基づき、必要に応じて提供する場合があります。

Discontinuation of Small Gifts and Social Tokens in Response to the Kuala Lumpur Principles
In accordance with the Kuala Lumpur Principles established through APEC and the Medical Device Industry Promotion Code of the Japan Federation of Medical Devices Associations (JFMDA), Coloplast K.K. will discontinue the provision of small gifts and cultural or social tokens to healthcare professionals.
The KL Principles seek to enhance transparency and trust in relationships between medical device companies and healthcare professionals and patients by limiting small gifts and cultural or social tokens. Coloplast K.K. supports this purpose and will implement this policy in line with applicable rules in Japan.
[Items discontinued for healthcare professionals]
- Small gifts and novelties, including promotional stationery and calendars bearing a company or product name
- Cultural or social tokens, including seasonal gifts, souvenirs, congratulatory gifts, condolence money, and funeral flowers
Functional items genuinely required for meetings, seminars, information provision, or holding and carrying materials, such as writing tools and material bags, may be provided as necessary in accordance with company standards.
